Kindly and Carefully observe the following terms (and your selections) to ensure a seamless commissioning process:
Selection & Approval
Please choose a saint or holy figured recognized within a Trinitarian Christian confession. Each submission is subject to review within this scope; should a request fall outside this approved roster, you will receive a full refund, minus the concierge fee.

Halo platform — for headshot “Visage” Icon pendants
Queue Priority & Fee
Our design team unveils new saint pendants weekly, according to an established queue. At present, to expedite your custom commission, we do not charge to prioritize your request. Should you cancel your custom commission after placing your order, we will respectfully withhold a 5 % concierge courtesy fee from your refund.
Promotions
All current promotions and discounts remain fully applicable to custom requests.
48‑Hour Refund & Revision Window
You have 48 hours from purchase to cancel for a full refund, minus the concierge fee stated above. Within that same window, you may change your chosen saint at no additional cost, simply email us. Confirmation & Revision Outreach
Within the 48‑hour window, our design team will reach out via email to confirm your Icon’s design details. Additional change requests will be honored when possible but are not guaranteed—please monitor your inbox closely. Should we not hear from you within 48 hours of purchase, we will assume your approval and begin fabrication.
Design Ownership
While your requested Icon is rendered exclusively for you, the underlying design remains the property of Prostatia and may be offered for sale on our website.
