Welcome to Prostatia: Jewelry of Veneration. The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Prostatia. We operate this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services, to provide you with a curated luxury shopping experience (the “Services”). Prostatia is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide these Services to you.

By visiting, interacting with, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

SECTION 1 – ACCESS AND ACCOUNT

You must be at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent that you meet this requirement.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account or making purchases. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

SECTION 2 – OUR PRODUCTS

  • Made-to-Order: Every Prostatia piece is handcrafted specifically for you upon purchase. We do not hold backstock.

  • Handmade Variations: Slight variations in detail, finish, and polish are normal due to the handcrafted nature of our jewelry. These are not defects but marks of authenticity.

  • Imagery: All product images are digital renderings or idealized previews of the casting and polishing process. Final pieces may differ slightly.

  • Care Responsibility: Customers are responsible for proper jewelry care. Guidance is provided on our Site for Sterling Silver, Gold Vermeil, and 14k/18k Gold. Damage caused by misuse, chemicals, or neglect is not covered.

We reserve the right to discontinue products, change descriptions, or adjust pricing at any time.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS AND CANCELLATIONS

  • Orders are confirmed once payment is processed.

  • Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of purchase, subject to a 5% cancellation fee (covering secure checkout, fraud protection, processing, and scheduling).

  • After 48 hours, fabrication begins, and orders cannot be cancelled, refunded, or changed.

SECTION 4 – CUSTOM SAINT REQUESTS

  • Eligible only for saints/figures recognized within Trinitarian Christian confessions.

  • A 5% concierge courtesy fee applies to cancellations.

  • Customers may request changes within the 48-hour window after purchase.

  • Final design ownership remains with Prostatia; we may offer custom designs for future sale.

SECTION 5 – PRODUCTION AND DELIVERY

  • Standard production window: 30 days from purchase.

  • Complex or peak-season orders: 30–40 days.

  • Customers are encouraged to order at least 30 days in advance of major occasions.

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for carrier or customs delays.

  • Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the product is handed to the shipping carrier.

SECTION 6 – RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

  • Due to the bespoke, made-to-order nature of our jewelry, returns and exchanges are not accepted.

  • Exceptions: If your piece arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs. We will review and may offer repair or replacement.

SECTION 7 – PRICES AND BILLING

  • Prices are in [USD or applicable currency] and may change without notice.

  • Taxes, shipping, customs, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

  • We accept standard card payments and Shop Pay Installments (subject to third-party approval). Prostatia is not responsible for credit approvals or financing terms.

SECTION 8 – WHOLESALE & AUTHORIZED RETAILERS

  • Genuine Prostatia jewelry is sold only through [www.prostatia.com] and authorized partners listed on our Site.

  • Purchases outside these channels may not be authentic and are not covered by our guarantees.

  • Wholesale partners must comply with our Minimum Advertised Pricing (MAP) Policy prohibiting discounts greater than 20% off our listed retail price.

SECTION 9 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All designs, product images, text, branding, and logos are the intellectual property of Prostatia. Unauthorized reproduction, resale, or use is prohibited.

SECTION 10 – OPTIONAL TOOLS AND THIRD-PARTY LINKS

Our Services may provide access to third-party tools or links. These are provided “as is” and without warranties. We are not responsible for third-party content or services.

SECTION 11 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

Prostatia is powered by Shopify. Purchases are made directly with Prostatia. Shopify is not responsible for sales, warranties, or damages arising from your transactions with us.

SECTION 12 – DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

Except as expressly stated, all products and services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or durability.

SECTION 13 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Prostatia shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Our liability will never exceed the purchase price of the item in question.

SECTION 14 – FEEDBACK

By submitting suggestions, reviews, or other feedback, you grant Prostatia a royalty-free, worldwide license to use such content in connection with our Services.

SECTION 15 – TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate your access to our Services at our discretion. Provisions regarding intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law survive termination.
